A family-run estate in San Pietro di Feletto on the Conegliano side of the hills, run by Ernesto Balbinot with his wife and children. Its In Ferment visit is the one reviewers single out, and small parties often get the tour to themselves; the wine shop stocks their sui lieviti (col fondo) DOCG alongside the classic styles.
Visitors single out family-led tours, sui lieviti prosecco, well-stocked wine shop. The wines to look for are Glera.

Book ahead. About 1 hour 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma to Valdobbiadene via the A27 and the hill roads; Conegliano is about 55 minutes.
