About Piper-Heidsieck
Founded in 1785, the house receives visitors at its site on allee du Vignoble, where the cellars sit under nearly two hectares of land. Visits and tastings are sold through the house e-boutique and must be booked in advance as places are limited. Weekday opening only; closed Saturday.
Visitors single out red-lit cellars, cuvee brut tasting, book early. The estate dates from 1785.
