About this winery

Tablas Creek is a pioneer of California's Rhone Movement for its many similarities with the southern Rhône. They began the lengthy process of importing vine cuttings, building a grapevine nursery and creating an estate vineyard from scratch.

Tablas Creek is certified organic, limiting yields and emphasizing character of place while biodynamic practices in place since 2010 in order to control weeds, fertilize and build healthy soils. Their wines are an interesting contrast in Paso Robles. Typically lighter in body and elegant, you can definitely capture the french style on the wines.
