Back in 1981, Justin Baldwin purchased 160 acres of land in Paso Robles with the mission to make World Class Bordeaux-style blends. In 1997, Winespectator ranked one of Justin's Red Blends as the 6th best wine in the world out of 100 wines.
Their vineyards are placed in soil rich in fossilized limestone from eons of marine deposits, which is ideal for helping to create big, bold red wines.

Estate Room Tasting
Enjoy stunning views of our vineyards from the beautiful Estate Tasting Room. Bathed in natural light, it is the perfect setting to experience JUSTIN. Here, our Wine Guides will educate you on JUSTIN’s history and taste you through the current selections. Estate Tasting fee is waived for Wine Society members and three guests. Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more. For 10 or more guests, there is a non-refundable fee of $35 per person and we accept groups between 10am and 2:30pm.
Reserve Tasting
Taste through a flight of our reserve level wines in our second story tasting area located above our Estate Tasting Room. Cheese and charcuterie is available for PURCHASE upon RESERVATION.
Private Cellar Tasting
This private, 90 minute experience is curated to fit the needs of our most discerning guests. Featuring a flight of wines that suit your palate and preferences, this could include tastings of our limited releases of FOCUS, ISOSCELES Reserve, or perhaps your favorite vintage of years passed!
The cellar seats up to 6 guests and includes a cheese and charcuterie board from our talented culinary team. Our seasoned wine guides, personally trained by our resident Sommelier, Jim Gerakaris, will educate you and your guests on the time honored processes that go into these beautifully crafted and cellar worthy wines.
Restaurant
The Restaurant at JUSTIN offers the ultimate California food and wine experience, dine at The Restaurant at JUSTIN. Our award-winning culinary team takes full advantage of "farm to table" local offerings, blending savory and sweet, nouveau and traditional, and urban panache with down-home delicious.

The Details
Roundtrip shuttle transportation to The Restaurant at JUSTIN from JUSTIN's Downtown Tasting Room. Shuttle departs at 5:50pm for the 6:30pm dinner seating. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before shuttle departure. Reservations can be made up to 3pm on the day of the dinner reservation. Pricing:
Weekdays: $30 per passenger
Weekends: $35 per passenger
Please inquire about renting for private parties (up to 7 guests). Passenger cost is reimbursable with a $75 take-out wine purchase per person. Guests are welcome to show up at 5:30pm and enjoy a splash of JUSTIN Sauvignon Blanc before taking the shuttle.
Winery & Cave Tour
Experience JUSTIN wines from ground to glass in this comprehensive production and cave tour. Here you will discover the unique estate’s terroir and handcrafted production techniques, as well as JUSTIN’s barrel aging program. The tour includes an overview of the hospitality center, founders vision and history, and tastings of our flagship wines. Tours are limited to groups of 10 people. Comfortable walking shoes and layers are recommended.
