Taste wines at Cavender Creek Vineyards & Winery and stay the weekend at a restored 1820’s hand-hewn log cabin situated on a hill overlooking the vineyards of Norton, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Manseng. Hills Regions, Mississippi

Strap on a pair of snowshoes and follow the secluded nearby trails arm-in-arm with your special someone. Couples who ski or snowboard can head over to Sundown Mountain Resort, which is ~20 minutes from the cabins. Bal Harbour, Florida

For those more interested in being pampered, splurge for an oceanfront suite at the Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, Miami and make the room the destination. Stay isolated by cocooning yourselves in your oceanfront room and enjoy in-room dining on your private balcony.
