Cadaretta wines are made from grapes grown on its own Southwind Estate Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, in addition to sourcing from select vineyards in Washington's Columbia Valley. Its wines join "Science and Soul,” with the rigorous attention to detail in vineyards and winery, and the passion, the indefinable leap of faith that goes beyond science.
