Desert Rose Ranch and Winery is a pleasant little western-themed outpost farther out in Hume, Virginia. A quaint tasting room is decorated with foreign currency and tokens from the owner’s many travels abroad.
Enjoy a tasting around the Horseshoe Bar while learning the history behind the wines, listening to a few entertaining tales and viewing mementos from across the globe.
At Desert Rose Ranch, our motto is “we take our wine and wine making very seriously but not ourselves." We will strive to put the absolute best product that we can in the bottle but we also believe that the sharing of wine should be one of life’s pleasures best enjoyed with laughter, good food and in the company of family and friends!

$6.00 -- includes a tasting of any 4 wines.
$10.00 -- includes a variety of 8 wines beginning with our crisp and refreshing whites, transitioning into our flavorful reds and ending with our light dessert wine and a dark chocolate & port pairing. Wines will be rotating thorughout the year, so come in and see which wines we are showcasing.
Reserved Sit-Down Tasting
Enjoy a private tasting at a reserved table for you and your guests. Please call in advance. 540-635-3200

Juice Flights for the Kids
$5.00 -- We offer a tasting of three juices where the kids are tasked to try to figure out which fruits are in which juices. They have to rely on their sight, smell, and taste buds to help them figure out the mystery juices in order to win a little treat.
