About Domaine de la Coquillade
The vineyard of the Coquillade hamlet between Gargas and Goult was planted by the Swiss entrepreneur Andy Rihs from 2006 and has been run by his sons Oliver and Tobias since 2018. Long sold as Aureto, it took the name Domaine de la Coquillade in 2024, farms organically and biodynamically under the AOP Ventoux, and belongs to the five-star Coquillade Provence resort on the same hill.
The caveau at Goult is walk-in, daily from mid-May to mid-September and Monday to Saturday the rest of the year, with cheese and charcuterie boards to go with the tasting and cellar visits at the winery on request. The orange wine is the bottle regulars mention.
