About Domaine La Cavale
Domaine La Cavale sits on the road from Lourmarin to Cucuron and was founded in 1986 by Paul Dubrule, the co-founder of the Accor hotel group; the Guéret family took it over in 2026. The winery, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, is the most modern building in the southern Luberon, and the vines are farmed organically.
Tastings at the bar are free and need no reservation, and a guided cellar visit costs 12 EUR by booking. The estate is closed on Mondays. The white made to mark the organic certification is the one to ask for.
