About La Royère
La Royère was founded by the Hugues family in 1988, the year the Luberon appellation was created, on the road from Oppède toward the Sénancole. The vines went into organic conversion in 2017 and carry the Ecocert label from 2020, and the estate presses its own olive oil alongside the wine.
The modern showroom pours the range at gentle prices, and an olive-oil museum, opened in 2019, sits beside it. The estate does not publish hours on its website, so check before making a special trip.
