About this winery
Pacina is a small family-run farm set around a former monastery on the Chianti hills just east of Siena, in the commune of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Run by Giovanna Tiezzi and Stefano Borsa, it produces organic, natural wines from Sangiovese alongside olive oil, cereals and pulses. The property also offers self-catering apartments for guests staying in the Sienese countryside.
