About Gaintza Txakolina
Family-owned since 1923 on the Akerregi hillside, with a small hotel on the estate so you can sleep among the vines. The flagship Aitako blends 90 percent Hondarrabi Zuri with 10 percent Chardonnay from century-old vines on the traditional overhead trellis. Guided tours end with txakoli paired with Cantabrian tuna and anchovies, and the tasting terrace looks over the vineyards to the sea.
