About Quinta Vale da Roca
Quinta Vale da Roca is a cozy boutique winery & hotel where sweeping views stretch over the Atlantic, the Sintra mountains, and the stunning Cascais coastline. Surrounded by vines and untouched nature, Quinta Vale da Roca is a perfect place to slow down with a glass of local wine, walking through the vines, taste local wines, share a picnic, and enjoy the quiet rhythm of the place.
The estate sits at Azóia, in the parish of Colares, inside the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and a few minutes from Cabo da Roca. Its vines grow in sandy, salt-touched soil a short distance from the Atlantic, and the wines to look for are Malvasia, Encruzado and Pinot Noir. Seven boutique rooms, each named for a grape, and a larger Panorama Residence share the property with the vineyard, and there is a seasonal outdoor pool.
