Billsboro Winery sits on 28 acres overlooking the northern end of Seneca Lake. Surrounded by century old walnut trees, terraced fields and a deep wooded ravine, our idyllic setting sets the stage for wine lovers to enjoy. We take great pride in crafting dry, vinifera-based wines and providing a memorable tasting experience.
Savor your wine selections with one of our dynamic and knowledgeable tasting room servers as you experience and learn about our fine wines and the Finger Lakes Region. While you’re at it, try a special wine and chocolate pairing that are handmade by local chocolatier, Cary Becraft of CaryMo Chocolate.
A Note on Pets
We love dogs! But after careful consideration, Billsboro can no longer accommodate pets in the tasting room. Please enjoy our patio area with your dog.
Group tastings are available in our private Library Room. Five pre-selected Billsboro wines are served with individual charcuterie boards featuring local meats, cheeses and other products, served on Brooklyn Slate cheese boards. A tasting specialist will lead your group through your private tasting and answer any questions you might have. Add a local chocolate for an additional $2.
Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more people
Billsboro can accommodate up to 15 people for a group tasting
No Limos or Buses. Stretch limousines and buses frequently do not have the radius necessary to turn around in our parking lot.
The cost is $18.00 per person. We are happy to customize our food and wine selections to meet your groups’ individual tastes and dietary restrictions when we are able.
Billsboro will return $5 of the tasting fee with a purchase of 3 or more bottles per person.
Payment is expected at the time of reservation. Refunds will not be issued without 24 hour notice.
No group reservations after 2pm.
