The properties of the Majolini winery extends over the moraine hills of the municipality of Ome: a village that stands out for it`s particular geology, consisting of layers of limestone. Located in a protected bay at the foot of Mount Brione (800 meters), it is surrounded by hills and enjoys a unique microclimate within Franciacorta.
The Winery was among the first to join the Italian Wine Carbon Calculator and in 2016 has became Organic Certified. Majolini winery has chosen the practice of viticulture without concessions, completely dedicated to the quality of the grapes: low yields, high planting density, rigorous pruning, grassing, leafing, rigorous selection of grapes on all the bunches during the summer with the will to get the best quality harvest.
